Eastbourne THEO PIJPER is poised to return to the Swindon line-up for their Elite League match at Eastbourne on Saturday 3 May, which gets under way at 7.30 p.m.

This follows five weeks out of action for the Dutchman, since he suffered a fractured shoulder in the Craven Shield match versus Poole at the Abbey Stadium on 27 March.

Meanwhile, Mads Korneliussen's new interim average sees the popular Dane move up to the No. 3 position in the side, with Troy Batchelor trading places at No. 5.

For the Eagles, Simon Gustafsson will unfortunately be absent on Swedish domestic duty, while James Brundle still faces a spell on the injury sidelines having crashed heavily at Poole during the league fixture between the teams last week.

At the time of going to press, the Eagles' management were still evaluating options as to who might come in to fill the void.
