TEAM MANAGER Alun Rossiter speaks to swindon-speedway.co.uk about the away victory at Wolverhampton.
'I’m very pleased with the performance this evening. This is a meeting we thought we could have won so to come away with the three Elite league points is fantastic.
James Wright was superb and it is clear that he is rapidly maturing as a rider. He battled hard tonight and was a real trump card for us at reserve, we're hopeful this kind of performance will become more regualar from now on.
Whilst Travis McGowan didn't collect a hat full of points i was pleased with the determination he showed. He has a purchased a new engine which will be delivered in time for the meeting against Peterborough on Thursday so we will be looking for more signs of progression then.
The team spirit in the camp is still top-notch and all the riders are getting along great together.
This win helps ease the pain we felt after losing at home to Poole, we want to continue this form into Thursday's meeting against Peterborough at the Abbey'
