The overall Swindon performance:
' Whilst it would have been nice to win the meeting I think we did very well under the circumstances. From heat six onwards our backs were really against the wall and it's incredible to think we completed the meeting relying on just four riders. The team could have buckled under the pressure, but, thankfully we didn't and we managed to salvage a draw.
Having just one Swindon rider in a race:
' The opposing riders tend to gang up on you a bit and cab adopt bully tactics. Of course, having just three riders frees the track up so in the first corner you can certainly pick which lines you want a bit easier'
Personal Performance
I'm generally pretty pleased with how i rode tonight. Hopefully i've turned a corner now and i'll contine to contribute good scores.
