THE SPROCKETS were in competitive action on Friday when they travelled to the West Country for a meeting against the Somerset Giants.
A closely contested meeting at the Oak Tree Arena ended in an 18-18 draw.
Following on from his paid maximum on Thursday night, Justin Sedgmen was once again in superb form. His eight point haul was excellenty acquired and well supported by a paid six point score from Ryan Sedgmen.
Richard Sweetman once again impressed and looked to be cruising towards a maximum points score before being forced to retire in his final heat. It was however a tough night for Ben Reade who failed to score from his three rides.
